There us a rule that you can't start more than 25% of your games to win the award or something like that. He was deserving.

Elijah Childs and Aundre Jackson started too many games to qualify. Scurry from MSU would have been a really good recipient, but missed more than half the conference season because of the cryotherapy injury. So it was between Smithpeters, Markus Golder, Graham Woodward, and Wyatt Lohaus.

Keyshawn Evans goes un-awarded this season. I figured he would at least be on the Most-Improved team, considering he is averaging more than 10 ppg than last season.

Phil Fayne was really the only Redbird on this team to get a significant amount of PT last season. I figured at least ONE Bird would be on the most-improved team. Amazing. Oh well, Arch Madness starts tomorrow.

Isaiah Brown not being most improved is a crime.

Wen't from a kid that would get lost playing 4 minutes a game to starting every game, averaging 25 minutes and increasing scoring by 7 points per game. Also became UNIs best on the ball defender.
