I'll always believe we (MSU) had the talent to win the conference last year with Alize and company. We just didn't have the coaching in place to even come close. Sad. But hopefully we are on the right path now.
Who voted Loyola for 10th this year??

Because they have better basketball players on the roster including a couple of pretty good grad transfers who played at real D1 schools and not Eureka College.
That is only your ignorant opinion. I would have bet money that the Aces would not have finished last, but with it now being confirmed that DeAndre is indeed ineligible, the Aces are doomed to last place.

It's possible that most of those votes came before DeAndre was ruled ineligible. I will add that the Aces were picked to finish last in last years poll, and were did they finish, one game out of sixth.

They should have kept the overachieving Marty Simmons then

There has been a lot of positives with the program since March, and a few blunders...the latest being Deandre Williams. With that said, the positives have far outweighed the negatives. I missed the vote, but I would have pegged us 10th, and hope that this season would be the beginning of a long streak of overachieving expectations.
