A LOT of buzz around this kid. Coaches think he's the real deal. So this hurts. Hate to see BU at less-than-full strength against the likes of New Mexico, SMU and (potentially) Penn State and maybe drop a game or two there in the non-con. OTOH this BU team was always ultimately going to be about DLO and Childs and Brown (and don't sleep on Pittman), so they'll just have to step it up, and we can hope Bar has already benefited from the competition at center in practice.

The center position goes back to being the weak link with this injury. Like most Bradley fans, I was very interested in seeing him play in the Red/White game.

This is a blow to Bradley as we are very thin up front right now. Luuk Van Bree also out with an injury right now, but should be back around the start of the season. Basically we have Childs and Koch Bar as inside players right now that are healthly. Bradley will probably be playing some small ball to start the year.

For those that do not remember, Bradley had a 6'8 Juco recruit that was on campus for about 2 weeks and then left the team this summer after seeing how hard he was going to have to work to play for Bradley. Bradley never got another recruit to fill that role as he was supposed to fill in minutes in the post.
