Hard to say that Norton's injury cost them the game, but I will say that I don't think it would have gone to 2 OT's if Norton is there at the end.

Ditto for Illinois State. Those last few minutes was our season in a nutshell. Karma for that half court shot for a crappy finish to a game with all those Seniors that provide no composure or leadership in late game scenarios. Yarbrough went back-court charge, back-court charge, then foul a three point shooter (up 3) within 30 seconds of each other.

I was lucky enough to have to sit in the hospital all day yesterday with my wife as she broke her leg, so that saved me from having to watch the garbage basketball Bradley played last night.

Before the season, I was really hoping that Missouri State would escape the Thursday night. It doesn't look like that is going to happen, especially given our record in road games. We are only one game deep in to the conference season, and other teams have their own problems, so anything can happen. At least this year I won't be preparing for a high seed like I was last year.
