As absurd as it might sound considering their record, Illinois would probably crush everyone on the list.

Illinois is good NOW. Underwood has figured it out. Theyll win at least 22 games next season. If they win all but the conference finale (highly unlikely), I could see an 18-16 Illinois team making the tournament considering the win total is down that far to be accepted and they would have had a great winning streak to end the season in the Big Ten. Hell, Syracuse did it.
