I am just saying you go out of your way to call out another team and then you lose at E-ville...Granted we have done that ourselves BUT, just sayin'...I try to live and let live, even behind the anonymity of the internet, that i choose not to hide behind lol.

Really? Didnt we finish in the top half of the conference this season????? Yeah we didnt beat ISU red down on homecoming and MSU in double OT...you are right, we werent competitive in football at all this season(HINT OF SARCASM)...just wait those words you just said around August...seriously...this team is only going to be better...There are a couple of crazies in every fanbase as UNI, WSU, and MSU should know. I would expect a little bit more experience and wear with all than that comment UNI

You still finished below .500 against D1 competition. Congrats on not losing to an NAIA school for the second year in a row. Congrats on beating a terrible ISUr team that had no defense and should have lost to a D2 school. Way to go on beating a MSU team that finished below .500. I believe you were 1-2 against teams with winning records, and that one win was against ISUR...and they were only over .500 because of the D2 game.


There was a record number of ISUB fans on message boards during football season after your three game win streak (NAIA, sub .500 team, and .500 D1 team) then you all fell of the message board world in the football realm. The same thing is happening here.

I dont think any ISU fan expected anything other than that...What upset us was all these people who said, "Even though they won, they need to move to a lower conference, just arent competitive enough." I dont think anyone at ISU saw this season as anything but a move in the right direction or should we go back to the years of terrible-ness? Would that make ya happy? Having less fans? Come on people here is the truth of message boards. People want opposing fans on there, and they want them to say, "yeah our team sucks we really dont deserve to be in the presence of your wonderful shining beauty that is a team. Before the game our players will kneel before yours to show their greatness and kiss their feet." Just get used to it because what you describe as "fans running away" after a loss happens with every team in every conference in every sport in the history of online message boards. LOL this isn't really as much of an angry rant as it sounds lol
