I'm pretty confident that I'm right. I think if Drake had any one of Nick, Nick, or DJ they would've beat UNI by 20 tonight.

He had 2 of the 3 a couple weeks ago at home and that was an absolute battle until the final seconds. All 3 games this year showed pretty clearly that these 2 teams were very evenly matched. Don't let the records cloud what the play on the court proved 3 different times.

I've quoted Milanmiracle with the hope he is the same guy I used to quarrel with on the VU board. One thing we didn't argue about was our respect for Brian Wardle as a coach. We were perhaps the only two posters backing him during a lopsided debate over his performance while at Green Bay.

Congrats to Bradley. Many of you will recall me as the one pronouncing you officially dead when you were 0-5. Obviously my timing was perfect. Does that make me a perfect fool?

Hello Just Ducky! Yep, it’s the same guy, for sure. We absolutely disagreed about a few things, but it was always civil and a good discussion with differing viewpoints. That’s how it’s supposed to work as far as I’m concerned.

There were quite a few people on the VU other forum who definitely despised Wardel, but the fact of the matter is he can coach. Bradley wouldn’t have been my pic to represent the MVC, but I’m not sure I’d be real thrilled if I were matched up against them. He’ll have them ready.

Regardless of anyone's feelings about Wardle, he's our only hope now so we'd better support him and he'd better have his group ready. I believe he will. Incredible turnaround this year. If they had waited until after the MVC Tournament to do the voting he probably would have gotten some COY votes. (I think a lot of the VU hate for Wardle stems from the pretty intense rivalry we had with his Green Bay teams.) Go Braves!
