It happened almost identically for the very same reasons at both MSU and SIU.
I wish Barry the best because he IS a good guy who gave his best, ran clean programs, and cared about his players at both schools. That said it was the right decision for both schools to move on when they did.
I fall squarely in the camp of being delighted that Hinson is gone, but this is a good post and sums it up pretty well.
