24-20 1:00 3rd quarter. Drake is non-scholarship.

Drake beat ISU in the last meeting in ‘85 to cost the Cyclones a bowl. Iowa St beat #7 Okie St, KU, KSU, Vandy, & Utah St that season.

Incredible effort by Drake. I watched the game on cyclones.tv (I live in Ames). Bulldogs can be proud!

UNI is now trying to do what Drake couldn't. IAST is ranked 21st and UNI leads 13 to 10 to start the 4th.

Until I realized that this was a revival I figured someone was trying to be a smart ass
[Insert snappy comeback]

That was the best football game I had seen in some time.

Man, so many close games for the MVFC. UNI Indiana State and SDSU all came within an eyelash of P5 upsets. Why does the NCAA let these conferences control everything? The gap between them and many of the teams in lower divisions isn't that wide.

I saw the last quarter of that game and OTs and it was great indeed but don't get carried away. The FCS went 1-39 vs FBS, the only win being Central Arkansas over Western Kentucky.
