Handed the game to you on a silver platter with all of the turnovers by our guards. Looked like we were going to put you away and then you changed to a zone and made it look like we had never seen one before. That was ugly. Shouldn't have been close if we take care of the ball in the first half. We have a point guard in Nic Moore coming in next year from your state that should hopefully smooth things out if he is as good as advertised.

Can't say that you won that game any more than us handing it to you.

The Sycamores go on a 19-1 run the last 9:00 minutes with THREE FRESHMEN on the floor. Coach Lansing went to a zone and said on the post game interview not to fall in love with it because he hates to zone.

And if we could hit a shot the whole game it isn't even close...I mean we were shooting 26 percent till late in the first half...What happened is what happened...the trees turn people over, does Odum lead the MVC in steals? That kid as always was the difference maker...good game Redbirds, you guys have a bright future...not sure if I would bank on nick moore being a stud but I know he is a really good high school player...worry about the size...You guys were clearly the best choice for him lol...

Not sure I'd count on Nic Moore being a savoir. Eventually all mvc player? Good chance. But if your asking him to lead the team from day one be prepared to struggle for a few more years.

haha. Unfortunately he is all we have next year and probably better now than anyone we currently have, so I hope he works out.

We have good players (Carmichael, Ekey and Wilkins), but no one that can take care of the basketball and get it to them by drawing double teams and such.

By the way our guards are playing this year, no doubt he will get his shot as a freshman next year.

First...That was the worst college basketball game I've ever watched! Driving two hours each way to see it was a bad idea.

Second...how about ISU blue Finally changing defenses back to the zone (That same zone, by the way, was very effective in Terre Haute). Then coach tells Sycamore fans not to expect to see it anymore because he hates zones! Is that confusing!? Swallow the pride and just win baby. If zone works better, use it.

Third...how can ISU red be so bad at attacking the zone? (21 to 1, with no movement and no penetration of any kind. Come on man!)

Last, Zac is good. Looks to me like he'll fit in right away in Redbird land.
