TV update--The Sunday UNI/Loyola game has been moved to ESPN.

Which looked like it would be the biggest win of the weekend.... until Loyola blows out UNI by 42 on ESPN

I have no doubt that there are at least 4 teams that could beat the Ramblers in the tournament, but a couple more wins like this and the field could shrink.

And lets be honest with ourselves. The tourney is all that matters this year.

I mean I have no doubt that there are at least 4 teams in the league could beat every team in the league. That's why they play...?

And while most years I'd agree, the metrics might be in our favor this year to sneak someone in. Both Drake and Loyola are looking pretty good in the NET (and Kenpom/Haslametrics). Not to mention MSU is in solid position at 70 and could climb as well (plus Indiana State and Bradley in the top 133). Loyola just had two nationally televised blowouts on ESPN 1 and 2; and Drake has gotten a ton of good press. Still a lot of basketball left to be played but we seem to be in a better spot than the last few years.

Plus while I cringe seeing that Loyola has Drake, Bradley, and MSU all on the road, it could actually be a big benefit as wins have a chance to boost/maintain a high NET.
