According to the Missouri State message board, the CBI has been moved to a neutral site and will be played this year. It also looks like the NIT is going to be a go, at least based on their website.

Missouri State should have a decent chance at getting in one of these tournaments assuming they don’t win the MVC tournament. Maybe even Indiana State if they finish strong down the stretch.

Indiana State has quietly been so good after a slow start (off of COVID i believe?). Really curious what happens with Lansing. Seems like a great dude in an tough situation.

Lansing should absolutely be extended but I'm guessing that's not what's going to happen.

I'm an ISU fan. I was ready to run him out of town after the 1-5 MVC start. However I am hoping he does get brought back for 2-3 more years. I think he has earned the right to come back.

Our AD is a mess and every hire he has ever made has a losing record. So if Lansing is fired the writing is probably on the wall that we will be playing on Thursday almost every year for the next decade. Hopefully our AD takes a different job sooner rather than later.
