Who finishes 8th?

I know, I know, I am a Valpo guy, but this team is better at every position versus last years team. Donavan Clay would probably not even start this year. Unless the transfers do not mesh at all there is no way they finish lower than the 20-21 team.

I don't get why they were voted 9th, guess because people haven't seen most of the team

I get it though. There's a ton of new faces and we've proven nothing in this league so we get no respect. That's fine. It'll just make it sweeter when we're better than that prediction this year!

It's not about "Valpo getting worse". It's about everyone else getting better too. Everyone sees their own new guys that are going to be great as always, but not the other teams. I think Valpo will be better than 9th, but not much in this conference. The league is just too good this year.

It's not about "Valpo getting worse". It's about everyone else getting better too. Everyone sees their own new guys that are going to be great as always, but not the other teams. I think Valpo will be better than 9th, but not much in this conference. The league is just too good this year.

I agree with this. I thought 6th or 7th was a fairer slotting for Valpo this year right now with upside for more but I could say that about so many teams this year. This league is going to be so deep and this year is going to be so much fun! I'm excited! This is a year where I wouldn't even be that upset if we ended up a Thursday team that's how good I think the league is this year. And I firmly believe that one or two Thursday teams are going to give the top seeds fits in St Louis.
