Chatman injured

Does anyone know how serious Ill.St. basketball player Chatmans injury was yesterday. From where I was sitting he looked like he was in a lot of pain.

Per Muller they are scheduling an MRI today (not necessarily getting it today but getting it scheduled).

I'm not a doctor, but I have had two ACL reconstructions. All I'll say is that all the online speculation didn't look good. But that's all just speculation so who knows.

No definitive update after yesterday's MRI. Muller said postgame he was fearful about the injury based on what Sy felt/heard in the moment. Yesterday was an off day for the team but Sy won't play vs Drake Wednesday.

I’m pretty sure an announcer (ISUr-vs-UNI) said “torn Achilles.”

Glad to read ACL instead of that.

ACL isn't much better...if at all.
