Well, in a clarification of this rule yesterday, it now appears that Duke Deen will NOT be eligible to play next year:

If JUCO doesn't count towards eligibility, why should mid-majors. We are exactly what JUCO was 20 years ago.

IF we are complaining about P5 schools taking MVC players how should D2 teams feel about MVC schools taking their players?
