Do you have ANY idea about the situation he was in at Creighton or did you just run to the stat sheet? He was playing behind a behemoth starter at his position. Dude may suck before it’s said and done but I wouldn’t bet on it, lol.

I’m actually sad to see Fred King leave. By all accounts he was a good teammate and everyone in the community liked him. He was a square peg filling a round hole when he had to substitute for Kalkbrenner, so stats aren’t very revealing in my opinion.

Look at games when Kalkbrenner was out and Creighton had a game plan revolving around King.

Against Notre Dame: 26 min, 14 points on 6-10 shooting.

Good luck to him. I know a lot of Creighton fans will be cheering for Murray St next year.
