Wow, what a game, Jays win 102-92. McDermott with 31 points and 10 rebounds. Josh Jones with 21 (4-4 from 3). Over 50 fouls called in the game.

Dougie is going to be sooooo gooood. UNI fans have got to be uber-pissed.

Lots of fun. Even if the refs were constantly one-upping each other on puzzling calls followed by two or three makeup calls. It was probably the longest regulation game I have ever attended. I think it went close to 2 hours a 15 minutes. Really had the feel of a summer league game with lots of offense and some limited defense.

My understanding is Davidson is primarily underclassmen. They are going to be good next year. Would be really fun for the two schools to schedule a rematch - but I know that won't happen. Doug has been solid in two games, but AY has been just as good. 17 asssists and 0 turnovers in these two games.
