What a confidence builder for next year, YIKES!

Nebraska was another victim on the Shox road to MSG. The Shox gave UNL their worst loss of the season and held them to their lowest score of the season, so add the Big 12(-2) to the list.

This should give WSU's returning players some confidence going into next year.

Honestly, I think we all underestimated how long it would take to adjust to a brand new system and coach. Many, including me, expected that McDermott could just step and everything would move forward without any problems.

On top of that, Echenique wasn't available until mid-December and it took a little longer to shake off the rust.

I like where we are headed. I also like that even in a down year, we still avoided the play-in games at the MVC tourney and secured a winning record in conference.

CU was very close to have a pretty good season. They had 7 losses by 5 or fewer. I expect them to be pretty good next year.

Thanks.

Added the Big XII to the list. Here's to doing it again on Thursday.

GREAT game shocks. You guys looked nigh unbeatable the way you played. Keep it going and take home that trophy! I think they passed the "eye test", yea? I wish shocks were doing this to NCAA tourney teams, but I still think you guys have opened a few eyes with your stellar play.
