On pace to graduate this year. I believe this has a lot to do with it. I have no inside information but would like to speculate that SIU will not rene the scholarship once he graduates and encourages him to move on.
Despite the problems, that seems like a smart move. Not being eligible for postseason play will decimate recruiting. Plus, now that they changed the rules allowing kids on APR non-qualifiers to transfer without sitting out a year will result in all of the best players transferring out.
