GA Southern @ Bradley

Bradley up by 17 with 1:30 to play.

Is this the same GA Southern team that beat Virginia Tech at home by 5? Bradley plays VT in 5 days, so it should be an interesting match up.

The 13-2 run by GASO at the start of the 2nd half to tie the game was a little disconcerting, but I'm glad to see BU fight back for the blow out. Weird to see GASO go to VT and put up 78 points plus leave with a win, but travel to Peoria and only put up 43. Nice D!! Hope they can keep this up going into conference play.

Ugly game tonight but a 19 pt win is not something to complain about. Bradley is an awful perimeter shooting team but got production from the post players again. Tyson Pickett with 17 and 11. Egolf had 13 and 8 and Prosser had 9 and 6.

Bradley committed only 5 turnovers which is amazing and won the rebound battle by 10. With a win over MVSU on Wednesday and BU would be 8-2 heading to Las Vegas and Va Tech. I know BU hasn't played much of a schedule but the improvement in this team is amazing.

At some point, some of the Bradley guards have to stop shooting threes.

Seven offensive rebounds for Pickett.

I would have to think that the four NBA scouts at the game felt like they wasted their time.

As a Bradley fan I continue to be encouraged by the Braves. They continue to win games they should (and quite easily it seems), and win when they don't play well offensively. Bradley has more of an inside game then they probably have had in at least 10 years.

I don't know why more teams don't play zone against us. Our best 3 point shooter by far is 6'9 forward Will Egolf.

If we win a couple games in Vegas, should be interesting to see where this team can finish in the valley. We should have a chance to get out of Thursday night.

Could not agree more. But they play great D. Very Optimistic going into play VA Tech (after MVSU). Coach Ford front runner for MVC coach of the year IMO
