Thanks for the official welcome. Speaking for all Rambler fans (which I probably shouldn't do but I'm going to anyways), we are really excited. Can't wait for basketball season!

Does Loyola have a volleyball team?

I know this is the basketball forum, but if I asked that question in a "Women's Sports" forum, I'm afraid it would never be seen, let alone answered.

Yes, we do. We have a men's team too. The men's team made it to the Final Four this year.

The women's team has had some turnover in the past couple of years. The coach has been around for 2 seasons. The last teams to make it to the tournament were in 2004 and 2005. Both times we were beat by Wisconsin in the tournament.

I was able to look into the records and found that LU has the following record against MVC teams:

Bradley - 14-9
Drake - 5-5
Evansville - 17-4
ISU (red) - 1-11
ISU (blue) - 4-1
MSU - 0-1
NIU - 0-5
SIU - 1-2

No. I don't believe there was a mascot in 1963 (just the nickname).

Bo was around only for a short time...I believe in the early 80's.
