So, Drake has two players who transferred after last season, and they're both already playing at their new schools. Drake has a transfer from Boston College who last played in a regular season game in March 2012 and isn't eligible 'til mid-December....and he loses a year of eligibility.
I've given up trying to understand the NCAA's decisions.
