Sycamores hang on! Defeat D-II Alaska-Anchorage!

after a tough last second loss to D-I Tulsa Thursday morning, ISU bounced back in a BIG way today with a big win over D-II Alaska Anchorage! ISU went into halftime clinging to a 46-43 lead, then came out in the 2nd half and clamped down on D and held the D-II powerhouse to just 87 total points!! ISU won 97-87!

Whew!! What a relief! We now have 4 wins, with TWO big wins vs. D-II powerhouses! Watch out MVC teams! ISU is BACK and gonna run the table in the MVC!! LOL

Sarcasm noted, but might want to at least also note that Alaska-Anchorage actually is a Division II power, one of best programs in the country and routinely knocks off D-I schools in its tournament.
