Drake vs. Iowa (Big 4 Classic)

Van Deest is big...but moves about like Shaq late in his NBA career....

Can't deny that, although he is starting to move a little better. Drake's other bigs run the floor very well.

If either UNI or Drake win today, it would be a great win.....I don't think a lot of people realize just how good Iowa and Iowa State are this year.

It's been a while since both teams were legit top 25.

I'm not completel sold on Iowa being a legit top 25.

Their wins are UNC-Wilmington, UNO, Maryland Eastern Shore, Abiliene Christian, Penn, an OT win over Xavier, UTEP, and Notre Dame with games against Drake, Fairleigh Dickinson, and Arkansas State left OOC.

I don't know much about Xavier and ND this year for quality...but the rest...well...

Bulldogs looked good for the first 17 minutes of the game, but the game was essentially lost when Iowa closed out the first half with a 10-0 run, turning a 40-39 Drake lead into a 49-40 deficit.

Drake got outrebounded 47-28.....not going to win any games with that stat.

If UNI could put a second half of games together they'd be pretty damn good.
