We've absolutely had problems but we are a decent team.

You are what your record says you are. Some good talent and lots of hope for the future, but you need to win some games. Last year I believe that SIU won 6 conference games. They were awful.

No wonder SubGod doesn't post over here anymore. You guys base everything in a binary fashion.

The numbers say what they say. Which is that Loyola is terrible.

I expected Loyola to be a lot better than they have been to this point. This has been an embarrassing season so far and has had nothing to do with the conference move.

Basketball has crazy fluctuation, and almost any team can beat any other team on a given night if the stars align. SIU beat WSU last season. Loyola is going to be 9th/10th either way, though.

Loyola still doesn't have a top 100 RPI opponent. Today's win lowered InSU's RPI to 102.

You mean like "WIN" or "LOSE" - sorry that what ultimately define you.

Decent win for the Sycamores...was hoping to win by more but a win is a win, as we've seen ISU plays down to their competition and doesn't blow anybody out...definitely need to win these games if we want to even be considered for an at large bid...

I was curious why with about 3-4 minutes left and Loyola had cut it to 8-9 points, and where hitting three's on their possessions, why they continued to foul so fast into the ISU possessions? Or were they non-intentional fouls? Kind of hard to tell on the radio at times.

we shot horrible from the FT line (15-23), so Moser figured that was going to be the only way LUC was gonna come back, by fouling us and us continuing to miss FT's, it worked to some degree.
