as reported somewhere, this is the 1st time ISU has started out 4-0 in MVC play since the 78-79 season.

So are you still feeling manic depression boy? Drink a beer and relax. Apparently you don't attend games in person?

To be fair, if ISU lost this game, their at-large chances would be shot.

Wrong. If we ran the table, our RPI would be around 25. 24-4 with an RPI of 25 is getting you 6 seed or better.

You're kidding yourself. Far better teams in seasons with a far stronger MVC, have gotten far worse than a 6 seed. Heck Missouri State has been left out of the tournament before with a Top 30 RPI. The RPI is a good measure of success but the committee has proven time and again that considering yourself safe because of a high RPI is foolish unless you compete in a power 6 conference.

For comparision UNI went 25-4 (28-4 if you count STL) its Sweet 16 year and received a 9 seed. They actually had a pretty decent resume to show for it too. The Valley was much better that year as well. If ISUb were to run the table or won the whole thing in STL then a 9 or 10 seed would probably be the high end of their seeding possibilities. The committee will not give a mid-major the benefit of the doubt unless that program is a proven winner. We're talking about teams like Butler, Gonzaga, St. Mary's and WSU from these past few seasons.
[Insert snappy comeback]

Amen. I still say this guy is a fan of some other team posing as a Sycamore fan.

Impressed with Indiana State they can shoot themselves out of the close games.

Except in Cedar Falls where they lost by 34 :Yea!:

Bradley isn't terrible. However Indy St has good senior leadership, winners and they know how to play at the end of the game. Bradley has the exact opposite of those three things.
