When are conference schedules going to be released?

Seems like it is later this year than in the past. I'd think this would have been done already.

I think someone said it was mid September last year. Not sure if that was on here or ShockerNet. Unless that was when our NonCon schedule was released......

Researching back through the discussion about schedules from the 10-11 season, it looks like most of them were released on August 27.

I think I read somewhere the MVC's can't get released until after all the ESPN/BCS conferences, due to ESPN needing to pick the MVC games they're broadcasting.

Big Ten and Big East are still forthcoming, and I saw something yesterday that said it may be a week or more before the Big Ten is released. So it'll probably be at least a week or two before the MVC schedule comes out.

At least the road schedule is decent. That's tough to swallow at home, non-conference wise. HOWEVER, Creighton gets kudos for scheduling about as tough as it's possible for a Valley team to schedule, especially when they sell that many home tickets.

Hopefully NUX2 will be competitive this year because the other four road apples aren't going to help the RPI for anyone.

Creighton at Wichita State on New Year's Eve night, likely on ESPN. That'll be a quiet building.
