Indiana State @ Vanderbilt 5:30 pm

Tough game here for the Sycamores. The defense will have to be great to have a chance in this one. The Commodores have been disappointing to most due to the fact that they were ranked #7 coming into the year. They were without Festus Ezeli, who might be one of the best big men in the country, in the first 8 games of the season and he is back now. John Jenkins can light us up in a hurry so we have to contain him and hope Ezeli doesn't destroy us down low. Honestly, I think with Ezeli back...Vanderbilt is a top 10 team in the country. A win here would be HUGE.....I just don't see it happening today.

I agree, I don't think we keep this game within 10, Vandy will more than likely run away and win by 15+ in the 2nd half. We're just too inconsitent

I could be wrong, but I think a win here elevates Indiana State's resume enough that a top 3-4 finish in the MVC could get them into the tournament. Whereas a loss, notwithstanding a Top 1-2 MVC regular season, will make it difficult for the Sycs to be considered for an at large.
