Best Non-Conference Wins
1. WSU’s win over UNLV on December 4, 2011 by a score of89 to 70. The Shockers, completely annihilated a previously-unbeaten UNLV squad that defeated NCAA title contender North Carolina just eight days earlier.
2.WSU’s win at Davidson on February 18, 2012 by a score of 91 to 74. The Shockers shot over 80 percent in the second half to start off the day’s ESPN nationally televised Bracket Buster games.
3. WSU’s win at Tulsa on December 7, 2011 by score of 77 to 67. Not so much the score, but Tulsa had historically been our greatest rival while they were in the MVC and WSU’s come-from-behind victory at their place was just nice too watch.
