I do remember him. It seems as if I was surprised that a guy with a low PPG average would be the #1 JUCO…Averaged like 13 PPG or something. How long ago was that? Anyway, in recent history (the past two seasons) all MVC JUCOs that have been ranked in the top 50 have averaged better than 8 PPG in their first year.
I'm not surprised that Dana used rivals as his chief talent evaluator.
