Based on what you know now, who do you fear playing the most in conference play on the road? We will rerun this poll in late December to see if anything has changed.

Those Bradley Panthers seem pretty scary.

I apologize to the Bradley Braves. I would change it, but I don’t know how. Maybe one of the Moderators can help me.

Teams coming into Koch Arena (the loudest arena by far in the Valley) and facing the biggest, fastest, most athletic team in the conference should cause one to hesitate. When the whistle blows, 10,545 rabid Shocker fans will be standing clapping and cheering until the opponent scores. The points won't come easy as our 7 foot African mathematics scholar will be locking down the lane eliminating any easy buckets. We are going to have the opportunity to create some early leads with him on the floor to start the game.

I believe you misunderstood the question. What team do you fear, not why a team should fear you..

Must be that rabies virus messing with your head.

Sorry, I couldn't help myself.. *blushing*

I guess I would vote that nobody scares "me". Do you know of a team the Shockers should fear playing on the road?

I would be curious to know what types of winning percentages Valley teams have in their home arenas. Obviously some will be skewed because some arenas are much newer than others, but still interesting nonetheless.

UNI has an all time .763 winning % in the Mcleod Center (opened in 2006).

We have traditionally not played well in Omaha or Springfield.

WSU's 16-2 road record in the Valley the last two years means they aren't fearing too much.
USA Today Coaches Top 25 Poll Conference Breakdown:

MVC: 1
WCC: 1
Atlantic Ten: 1
MWC: 1
Big East: 1

The Big East is Big Time.
