I feel they offer a lot. It will be interesting to see if anyone else comes with them for sure. 10-12 question is still out there. I am curious who the Horizon pulls in.

UIC has seen some changes to the campus and their hoops facility is already there. The area around campus has seen a lot of changes for the better. Visiting teams fans will be able to get there easy and find things to do. New baseball facility is coming along thanks to Curtis Granderson (guy worth cheering IMO) of the Yankees. This will up the recruiting profile for UIC in the city, I expect they will see a nice boost all around. Dare I say it may help the other MVC programs recruit Chicago?

So it's actually multiple newspapers repeating the same report. From a blog in Milwaukee.

Yesterday, some blog in Oklahoma said it was down to ORU and UMKC.

I'll wait for something more official.

My understanding is that Valley officials will visit potential schools, make a recommendation to MVC school presidents who then vote to extend an invitation. All we know for sure is that Valley officials are visiting four potential schools. I don't buy it. Someone close to UIC heard something premature and ran with it.

According to a tweet from the UE beat writer for the Evansville Courier & Press Litner, the same website that is reporting UIC to the Valley is the same one that reported UE was headed to the Horizon last year so keep that in mind.
