Not a real good performance by Bradley. The rebound problem is still there. Bradley led the majority of the game by 5-9 points. Not much flow to the game. The refs were a big part of the game as expected with 20 fouls on both teams.

The Bradley radio team gave the best performance to Tyshon Pickett with his 15 points and 10 rebounds. I thought it was Omari Grier with 17 points on 4-7 shooting. He's the three point shooter Bradley has been needing for the past couple of years.

Walt had a bad game. His floating 10 footers weren't falling. 16 points, but on 6-20 shooting.

As Walt goes, Bradley goes. At least a W was pulled out. Just from looking at the box score, Prosser had 0 points and 1 rebound, not going to cut it from a starting big man. Also glad to see to see the newcomer Grier live up to his hype as a shooter with a 4-7 3 pt performance and 17 pts overall.

Illinois beat Alabama St. 83-66. Good measuring stick for sunday.

JSU was a 150-ish rpi team last year, so this looks like the best early W for the Valley.

From the little reading i have done. It looks like they lost alot of talent though. Can anyone nay-say or affirm that.

Jax State is a decent team. Not great. Anytime Walt Lemon goes 6-20 and BU wins the game I will take it. Good to see other guys contribute. Bradley needs to get some production from the center position. Jordan Prosser has regressed.

Not a great showing but a win when your best player is way off is nice.

The game had kind of an exhibition feel to it with 11 Bradley players playing at least 6+ minutes. It'll be interesting to see if those young guys will be able to increase their minutes or become fixtures on the bench. There's some talent, but you can also see that they are freshmen.

Jax State was 3-16 from 3point range with one guy hitting 3-4. It looked like a team that BU should had beat by double digits. Luckily, Bradley has a few more opponents like this where they can fix some of these problems.

Im giving it to LU sees how it was on the road.

Really good to see Picket get it goin he blew a dunk at the end and SZ missed the front end of a 1 and 1 we did not finish well, Fouled on a desperation 3.

I liked it! Plenty of students!

Still gotta get locked in on defense and rebounding but we will! Barnes, Blake,Pickett.Taylor. Pross has no business on the court at this point, he looked lost.

Give it to LU. ORU might be a 330+ RPI team by end of season.

That's pretty amazing. I've watched JP since his prep years. I always figured he'd find a niche as a Lucas O'Rear-type player; willing to scrap for rebounds and put-backs. Were his 13 minutes as bad as his stat line indicates? How close is Xzavier Taylor to earning starter minutes at the 5?
