Trees drop one against EKU in OT

Clearly we just havent adjusted well to playing three days in a row...rough three days...But as ISU fans we don't run off of a message board just because we lose or win...Hopefully we can bounce back....

Has ISU's system changed much from last season? I would think that since Lansing was on staff last season, the style would be fairly similar. Hopefully, ISU fans aren't already complaining about the new coach.

Did I read that first sentence right? You're blaming the loss for not being able to play 3 games in 3 days? Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Eastern Kentucky also have to play 3 games in 3 days?

After looking over your non-con, I figured these 3 games would be the best 3 chances for wins outside of Terre Haute. It could get ugly..

Eastern Kentucky having one up on the Valley is not a good thing.

I think it has alot to do with an extremely young team with three games in a row and it's not exactly easy to get up for a game against Eastern Kentucky lol...I am not going to spin into the spoils of woe is me like the rest of the trees fans, I actually think this performance will help us going into the rest of our games...Myles Walker played really well btw...he's the bruiser we have been needing in Valley play for a long time!...It's more of a motion offense than what Mckenna ran so the personell is a bit different than what is needed but I think the post may be a strength this year...Carl Richard at times so far this season has looked like a superstar...I do think it will be fixed pretty quickly...just that the three game schedule weared on us quite a bit...And Baller, I am not going to dignify that with a response other than that response.

Ok? Can someone translate that for me?

I guess that means you have no other defense for it?

I was just pointing out that I wasn't going to dignify the junkyard you threw out there with a response but then thought, "Well, technically saying that is a response." Translation for those not able to figure it out

I don't always agree with Baller, but I thought he had a legit point. I had thought the same thing, i.e. that both teams were playing their 3rd game in 3 days.

He ALWAYS post when we lose. But I do agree with him, that EKU had tired legs as well. Wonder why Kevin left????

O no I am not saying he doesn't have a legit point, I just get tired of him regularly and didnt want to seem I was ignoring it...They clearly just handled the situation better than we did...it was an adjustment issue
