I look at WSU options if they get past their first game. The hand they got deal is fine.

8 Colorado - wouldn't want to play them due former Coach Tad Boyle
8 Gonzaga - didn't realish playing them - they would be super motivated to bust WSU
8 UK - not seeded properly should be 6 or 7, but I would rather have new blood than face Pitt/Gonzago. If they can beat them, how can they doubt themselves?
8 Memphis - normal 8/9 matchup
9 PItt - see Gonzaga
9 Okie St - this team I think would have been a tough matchup due to matchups
9 KSU - WSU would relish to play these guys
9 GW - normal 9 seed matchup, beatable, but could beat you also

I agree Snag. Would love to see KSU but the only thing scary about UK is athleticism. Louisville and UK are 2 teams that can get you in foul trouble with their elite athletes.

I don't think WSU got screwed in any way but there aren't any non-name schools in their path barring upsets.

I think the early trail will be Cal Poly, WSU by 25

Kansas State, WSU by 15

Louisville, WSU by 11

Duke, WSU by 6

I'd really like to see us play UK, just because of the ridiculous difference in the teams. On one side you've got guys that came into college destined for the NBA that haven't been able to play like a team and play selfishly, on the other hand you've got guys that even now might not be drafted but are the ultimate team and play incredibly unselfishly.

Wow. Kentucky is NOT the matchup the Shox want to see. Kentucky plays bad at times, but Wichita won't have an answer for Julius Randle.

This gives you guys a chance to shut everyone up. I will happily be rooting for WSU for the first time ever. This team and the fans in STL this year won my respect.


I still hope you lose to Kansas in the Championship though, you can't get over that hump with me.
