Huge game tonight for the Shockers who look to enhance their credentials for March and gain some national pubilicity and perhaps a Top 25 ranking.

SAN DIEGO — There is one way for Wichita State basketball to stop the haunting from its loss to Connecticut.

Win tonight at No. 17 San Diego State, and the regrets from the Maui Invitational lessen significantly.

"We had that same opportunity with UConn, but we let it slip away," senior Graham Hatch said. "This is kind of a second chance for us to redeem ourselves."

This is a bigtime game tonight. Should be a good one.

Fwiw, the UNI/TCU game didn't show up on channelsurfing until like halftime, so if you are unable to watch, I'd continue to check it.
