Seems the floor is slick. DO they have ice under the floor?

Couldn't tell if it was an acl or not but you never like seeing non contact injuries. Get well nick!

After searching the net it seems he will be fine in time

Yes there is ice under floor. Didn't seem to hurt the Aces any.

Coach didn’t give specifics during the post game except that he will be further evaluated in Des Moines.

Bulldogs would have won comfortably with Norton. A lot of slips on that floor. Was it wet?

Why is that funny? Norton is worth at least 10 points a game in relation to his replacement, and it took double OT for the Aces to pull it out.

Unless you've been watching Drake all season, you have no idea how good Norton is. The guy has absolutely taken over games by himself on several occasions. He might be the best point guard Drake has had in the 40+ years I've been watching them.

i have not and I assume that you and Drakey have not been watching UE all season, hence arrogant assumption on his part. The fact the Norton was held scoreless for the first 12 minutes of the game tells that some defense was being played by UE and that defense only got better as the game progressed.

I can't speak for Drakey, but I don't think he meant it as any kind of negative toward Evansville. It's just how much better Drake is with Norton.

As far as UE holding him scoreless for the first 8 minutes, that means nothing. Norton is a guy who looks to set up his teammates first. It's usually only later in the game where he actually starts looking for his own shot. In Drake's win in the championship game in Las Vegas, Norton had only 8 points with 2 minutes left in regulation. He finished with 31. He's not a guy who's looking to score all the time, but he can absolutely take over a game.
