MSU vs Valpo= Crusaders not full strength and Bears defense is stifling nowadays....Revenge win for Bears
UNI vs Loyola= If this game was in Cedar Falls it would be close but Ramblers by double digits
Bradley vs Evansville= Evansville at home after a tough loss to UNI wont bold well for the Braves
Illinois St vs Drake= This will be best game of the week. Both teams playing well but I'll take home team here
Indiana st vs SIU= Salukis have talent but something is wrong. But some home cooking gets them the W

SIU vs Bradley= As I said something is wrong and change may be needed. Braves with upset at home
Valpo vs Evansville= I believe with injuries and rigors of Valley schedule VU is coming back to earth. Aces high
Drake vs Indiana St= Sycamores are a better team like most teams at home. They catch Drake asleep
MSU vs UNI= Extremely boring low scoring affair maybe in high 50s low 60s. MSU new style gets them over 500
Loyola vs Illinois St= With the Valley standings being so close I expect the Redbirds to show out and win

Broken record time as I went 6-4 again...argh!! Onto MVC round #5, so here goes:

Bears > VU....MSU playing well and the Crusaders may again not be at full strength
Ramblers > UNI...may get very ugly for the Panthers as LUC has proven to be terrific at Gentile
Aces > BU....for a young team, UE has proven solidly competitive and the Braves are road awful
Bulldogs > ISUR...should be a great showdown in the race to stay at #2 in the Valley and a real coin flip
Salukis > ISUB....basically SIU cannot lose this one at home, but the Trees are fighting not to drop further

Braves > SIU....BU needs this one badly and they can sweep the Salukis
Aces > VU....Even with the Crusaders at full strength I would have picked UE, but with VU banged up
Sycamores >DU...ISU takes care of home court with a surprisingly convincing W over the Bulldogs
Panthers > MSU....definitely one of the tougher games to pick this week, going with the home team
Redbirds > LUC...ISU defends home to stay near the top, while the Ramblers have been road questionable

Every week across the Valley has provided plenty of surprises, and I'm sure this week won't disappoint in that department. Looking forward to all the MVC action on ESPN +
