Well they SUUUUUURE made it exciting at the end. But three free throws and you MISS ONE? NM State had all the chances in the world and failed to make them.

edit: oh hell that's a crushing way to lose. Pass up a wide open layup that would've tied the game. Miss the three pointer but get fouled. Miss two of three free throws but get the ball back because it goes out off of Auburn. Can't score in the final 1.1. Dang.

I really want to know if AJ Harris knew the score. I’m more than okay with the kickout to win it, but I do wonder if he didn’t make a mental mistake. I hope not because I loved the play.

Sure would be nice to have a possible Sweet 16 squad with a top 5 draft pick on their team that has consistently been good even garnering a top 5 ranking in the nation at one point in our conference. If only that option would be available for the "lowly" MVC. Oh, wait.......
