3 Bid League in Baseball

3 of 8 MVC teams get into the NCAA tournament. I like all three schools chances of winning their opening round games. INST, DBU, and ILST finished 24-26 in RPI in that order. The MVC as a whole finished 6th out of all the NCAA conferences. It was a great year for the league in baseball.

Absolutely a terrific season for MVC baseball....love it! Alright, keep it going Sycamores, Patriots and Redbirds.

Obviously was a disappointing baseball season for the Bears, but I'm really glad that the rest of the MVC really stepped up this season. Can't say I'm hoping for the Redbirds to escape their regional considering I'm also an IU Hoosiers fan, but will be generally rooting for MVC success.

I probably hate the Loosiers more than any school so I took delight in watching the Redbirds beat them 8-7.

Indiana State also beat McNeese State 6-5.

Dallas Baptist plays Florida later tonight.

MVC is 2-0 so far in the NCAA tournament!

Dallas Baptist wins 11-8 over Florida to cap off a great day for the MVC (MVC is 3-0 so far). :dance:

ILST will play Louisville tomorrow, INST will play Vanderbilt, and DBU will play TX Tech.
