The battle for the bottom on Saturday and Sunday with Illinois State taking on Valpo twice. The Redbirds already have one conference win over Evansville, so right now they’re slightly ahead. If Valpo can’t at least split, they might go 0’fer the conference season, Back to back years of winless by two different teams would be unusual. I wonder if it’s happened before?

Just saw something that said Evansville has paused all activities for Covid.

Also saw something that said the Bradley ISUr game for tomorrow should not be affected at this point. A quote from Associate Commissioner Mike Kern:
"Bradley was advised of relevant information consistent with CDC and MVC guidelines ... MVC follows NCAA testing standards and utilizes Kinexon proximity monitoring ... for all (MVC) games to inform contact tracing. Bradley remains scheduled to play Illinois State tomorrow"

MVC is a solid league, and anything can happen in conference play. My guess is the outcome will not be the same in Peoria.
