It’s a real shame Henry got injured. Would love to see where he would have placed as he was a pre season favorite.

Side note big props to Valpo’s coach Lottich for that sportsmanship tonight. I dump on Valpo a lot but thanks so much for giving us a moment of Henry.

I think Domask should be placed higher than Jones (or at least on the same team), Domask has been SIU's best player this year. Nothing against Jones but Domask is a lot better than people give him credit for.

I struggled with that one. I don't at all disagree but I never trust a certain segment of voters to look beyond highlights.

I know he’s on a bad team but there has to be some love somewhere for Antonio Reeves. The kid got everyone’s best shot night in and out and still lead the conference in scoring. Add that to the fact he did this with NO preseason accolades is telling. I’d like him to be first team but there are certainly other deserving guys. Who knows, maybe it’ll be a year that they put six on the first-team like they’ve done a couple of times to get Wichita and Loyola some extra guys on there (if memory serves).

Most improved shouldn’t be out of reach either. Increased scoring by 10+ ppg. But it is tough to argue against Mast.

I just feel like Garrett Sturtz has to be in there somewhere.

Good call. I got down to him and Krikke for the last spot and kind of flipped a coin. He's definitely going to be on the most improved and scholar athlete teams.

Lots of talent in the Valley this year. Plenty of players will be omitted who would normally be recognized.

POY is a really tough call between Mosley and Green. I suspect it'll go to green because UNI finished a game ahead of MSU in the standings.

But to me it's extremely close. I think green was more consistent but Mosely had some spectacular games.
