WSU is definitely not playing like a second place team...SIU is definitely not playing like a 7th place team. SIU is shooting a high percentage but that is because they keep getting inside shots. Teague is dominating right now.

For the first time since the 86-87 season, WSU has won two seasons in a row in Carbondale.

That is why you play 40 minutes. It is a game of runs, the difference in this game SIU run was for 16 minutes and WSU run was for 24 minutes.

Not playing like a second place team, yet currently in second place, with 5 road wins and 2 losses by 3 points.

You're exactly right snaggletooth. This is indeed a 40 minute basketball game.

Do you think with the line up changes, Marshall is going for the big, early run, to put opposition away quick?
Then build on on it as the game progresses. I am still really impressed with Kyles he seems to make big contributions when needed most.
