Tuesday's games

13-8 ATS now after a 2-1 weekend. Opening lines given. Home team in CAPS.

It's hard to win on the road. We all know that. Tuesday finds two road favorites and the numbers say we need to play both.

Wichita State (-4) @ INDIANA STATE

The Shockers have given us solid numbers in this spot. They are 10-5 ATS as favorites, 8-3 ATS in their last 11 as such. They are 5-0 ATS in conference road games and that has to warrant a play even against the good numbers of Indiana State. The Sycamores ATS numbers have slipped recently. They are still 7-3 ATS in home games, 4-2 ATS in conference home games. They are only 6-5 ATS as underdogs. Have to keep riding the Shockers on the road for now, and with Missouri State's loss over the weekend, the focus for first is there.
PREDICTION: Wichita State 73-65.

Creighton (-5) @ BRADLEY

We have the same thing here. The Bluejays have been must plays on the road and are 8-1 ATS in true road games this year, and get this, 6-0 ATS in conference road games. They are 10-2 ATS overall in their last 12, are 5-0 ATS in their last 5, and have covered their last 5 as favorites. There is no way to stop playing them until they reverse those trends. Bradley is 1-7 ATS at home, 0-5 ATS in conference home games, and only 4-9 ATS as an underdog. These numbers are so much in the Bluejays favor that it scares me to lay the points but lay them we must.
PREDICTION: Creighton 70-61.

Scared to death here. Bradley has to win a game at some point and their ability to drive the ball feeds into a CU weakness. I'll take any sort of win and get the hell out of frozen Peoria.

Here's hoping everyone stays safe in this blizzard through the MVC footprint.

after watching BU against WSU, I just don't see how Bradley wins a game this year. Outside of Warren, they just aren't good at all. The Jays have way too much horsepower to get beat. They'd have to be in a huge funk to lose tonight.
