Tickets for the game start at $4.

Just a thought for those UE types who claim that attendance and ticket prices are uncorrelated.

Well, pafan...I agree!
I've been saying for a long time that $13 for adults and $10 for kids, is way too much in this economy to ask people to pay to see a game. I guess the people of UE is satisfied in drawing 3500 to 4000 every game.

This is the type of game Evansville has lost in the past. See if they are ready to turn the corner or not.

4,000 @ $13 = $52,000 gate
7,500 @ @7 = $52,500 gate

At what point do you set prices so that you have enough money to pay expenses, visiting teams and have enough left over to support the athletic department?

I've said it before on this site...we (UE) win when we give 100% effort and play team basketball...tonight we did neither. Very disappointing.

Bradley played to win, and they deserved to win. What can you say...except "Congrats, Braves."

The more I see Jim Les's teams, the more respect I have for him as a game planner. He may not be the best recruiter or the nicest guy in the Valley, but he's able to coach more than one offensive system. The first time I saw Bradley play at Roberts, they had this horrible dribble-drive offense that went nowhere against UE's defense. He didn't adjust it in the game, but when we made the return trip to Peoria he'd found something that worked better. The same thing seems to have happened this year.
