Although UE has beaten Indiana St twice I don't think many on here are going to give UE a chance, outside of the UE faithful. Indiana St probably will be about a 5 or 6 point favorite. UE must defend the 3 and not give many open looks. Also, need to limit 2nd chance points. On the offensive side they need to attack and be aggressive. They need more scoring threats then Ryan, rather it be Cox, Jones, Jahr or Holmes. UE must also get to the FT line. If they can find a way to do these things, they will have a solid chance to advance on.

I am just going to say that it should be a great game to watch. ISU had UE beat both times this season and let it slip. I don't think that ISU will back off this time like they did then. It was very noticeable that they backed off. But I appreciate you not bashing ISU. It is nice to join in on a discussion and not worry about how mad I am going to get about getting bashed. gonna be an interesting game, just all depends on if ISU decides to play the full 40 minutes, I sure hope they do, gonna be a great weekend!

Could you please explain the "backed off" comment? It wasn't like the subs came in? And if what you say is true, that they "backed off" the SECOND game after blowing a 17 point lead once then maybe Lensing should have been fired on the spot.

I was implying that they seemed like they just tried to run the clock and not take shots. That's backing off to me. Maybe different to you guys. Sorry if you took it wrong. I think they got to the lead and just wanted to waste clock and didn't really think about how to get more points on the board.

IDK. 2001 when ISU won it all? Its been a long decade for the IN schools. Looks like things have flipped though. ISU B and EU on the rise and the 3 ill schools are a mess. Might be good for the league to have some fresh faces in the semi finals and finals.
