i would be very surprised if msu gets in, this will likely move their rpi to around 50 and they have 0 wins over a top 50 rpi team, they should get a 1 or 2 seed in the nit. i'm afraid getting blown out by valpo sealed the deal and forced them to win arch madness, had they won that game, imo they would be squarely on the bubble of last 4 in or out even with today's loss. winning the league does not hold a lot of water when the mvc is 12th in conference ratings, hope i'm wrong.

If they win just one good one outside of the conference they would of gotten in. That valpo beat down might end up costing them but I think they are a deserving team judging by the eye test, but the resume begs to differ.

They will get no seed. The season's over. At least we got one banner out of the deal...we usually don't even get that.

In a post tourney interview, Coach Lansing made reference to why MSU deseved to make the NCAA tourney and why WSU deserved consideration. I felt that his comments were genuine not that it will put much weight the selection committee. Hopefully, the Valley has a number of teams that get phone calls saying they're in.
