The remaining non-basketball schools in the Big East will likely stay mostly together and provide Notre Dame with a landing spot for it's Olympic sports. The new "Big XII" would obviously remain vulnerable to poaching from the SEC or Big Ten if/when they decide to go to 16.

Pac-12 + Texas, TTech, Oklahoma, OK ST (16)
ACC + Pitt, Syracuse, UConn, Rutgers (16)
Big Ten stands pat for now (12)
SEC + Texas A&M, West Virginia (14)
Big XII =Iowa State, Kansas, K-State, Missouri, Baylor, TCU, Cincy, Louisville, South Florida, and BYU (10)

The bowl structure will stay mostly the same, except there will be one more at large BCS spot in place of the Big East.
