From what I hear from the Bradley fans I know, Les is pretty safe. Their fanbase tends to be more seasoned and love the nostalgia surrounding Les and the good ol' days. That and he can raise money make him pretty safe. I don't know if any of this is true...I would be frustrated if I was a Brave fan.

The three game stretch of blowing double digit leads at Carver Arena certainly didn't go over too well with the fans and administration. It happened right when the AD was being hired.

While I didn't think the article was too informative, the author is correct in that it seems every conversation about the Braves this season somehow comes back to if this is the final season for Coach Les.

The Bradley fans you know are incorrect :) He needs to win big this year. Plain and simple. The new facility is already here. The raising money thing is kind of a moot point now.

Maybe the rest of the league could chip in and send SIU the money to fire Lowery. Or maybe Elgin would find it to be a benefit to the league to buy out Lowery. That chair is burned up, but it looks like the fire is going to spread whle Lowery is wearing a water-cooled asbestos suit.

Tornado assures me that Les is in no danger of losing his job - in fact, BU is likely to finish in the top 3 in the league this year and then Les will get a nice raise. I'm sure that's true because User1 agrees with that 100%.

User1 agrees with Tornado a lot. Must be two guys of like minds.
There are three rules that I live by, never get less than 12 hours sleep, never gamble with a guy who has the same first name as a city and never get involved with a chick with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Stick to that and everything else is gravy!

If Tornado does nothing else, he unites all Valley fans regardless of their allegiances. Well, not Evansville fans...nobody like those blowhards ;)

Two words: Mark Phelps. After two embarrasing losses, there is plenty of heat in Des Monies. He looks like a good asst coach and recruiter and terrible head coach. I think he is the new leader in the clubhouse. What a fall in such a short time .

Phelps' seat sure seems to be getting hotter by the minute. I'd also guess that Les will get a pass no matter what happens this year because of the injuries.

As a Redbird fan, I would love to see Jimmy clueLes get a pass for this year. Heck, extend that contract!
