I'm not sure they were? I don't think there's any way WSU finishes last. But given what they lost from last year..............I could see where it is conceivable.
Their recruits look great but Jucos and freshmen even highly touted ones are always a gamble. Not to mention how the pieces will all fit together.
The thing that shocks me is the vote for CU for 10th. If that one wasn't cast out of spite then there's a guy that knows nothing about the MVC.
